We tend to underestimate the amount we eat every day, so actually tracking everything that you eat for a month will help you become more aware and also identify patterns, if any. If you’ve been struggling to lose weight, keeping a food journal could be a great starting point for you. You can use that saved time on something more productive. Has your daily screen time update moved to scary territory over the last few months? (I know mine has!)
